C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Commercial Payment Associate in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Commercial Payment Associate: $15-$16/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities for Commercial Payment Associate:

• manage day to day relationships with customers and their assigned affiliate
• handle all oral and written communications that deal with day to day issues
• monitor the program and maintain relationships with processor and technology provider
• develop and maintain procedures and policies for commercial payment solution customers and affiliates
• provide administrative support to the Sales Manager including assisting with proposals, correspondence/documentation, scheduling, and program oversight and maintenance

Requirements for Commercial Payment Associate:

• two years of banking or administrative experience preferred
• proficient use of Microsoft Office products
• strong communication (oral and written) skills, computer skills, people skills, administrative skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
• ability to understand, document, and work with very complex operational processes and work flows
• ability to manage multiple and competing priorities on a daily basis in pursuit of business objectives
