C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, temp-to-hire Food Service in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Food Service: $14/hr.; Monday-Friday (7 hour day shift)

Responsibilities for Food Service:

• food portioning and preparation according to instructions
• fill food carts and prepare serving lines
• monitor food and beverage temperature taking appropriate corrective action when needed
• serve food in correct portions
• disassemble serving line and clean serving area
• rinse and wash cooking equipment
• discard or properly store leftover food
• sweep and mop floors
• perform all tasks in accordance with HACCP guidelines

Requirements for Food Service:

• high school diploma or equivalent
• good attendance is required
• must adhere to facility rules and regulations
• ability to plan, organize and assist with miscellaneous catering
• ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• must be punctual and properly groomed
