C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Liaison in Jefferson City, Missouri.
Salary/hours for Customer Liaison: $18/hr.; Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Responsibilities for Customer Liaison:
- Manage database of members
- Process daily new memberships, renewals, credit card transactions
- Coordination of membership renewals
- Create mailing spreadsheets to organize monthly mailings
- Prepare and ship monthly mailings
- Coordinate printing and mailing of membership cards
- Maintain secure online new member application & renewal forms
- Maintain encryption program to decrypt applications and renewals
- Email newsletter and coordinate Digital Club emailing program
Requirements for Customer Liaison:
- Computer skills and experience and have the ability to use/learn various bookkeeping databases and software (QuickBooks and SAP Business One)
- Must have basic accounting skills
- Must be extremely organized, have strong phone skills, personable and able to communicate efficiently
- Must be able to lift 10-40 pounds
- Ability to interact with management, customers and vendors in a professional manner
