LAN Tech Support
C&S has an immediate opening for a full-time, direct hire LAN Tech Support in Jefferson City.
Salary/hours for LAN Tech Support: $16-$19/hr. + benefits package; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Responsibilities for LAN Tech Support:
- troubleshoot software and hardware failures
- provide tier 2 level of support for end users
- work with Active Directory, RSA, JIRA, Exchange and SharePoint for user account creations, terminations and changes
- image and deploy laptops to end users
- provide remote support
Requirements for LAN Tech Support:
- high School Diploma or equivalent
- healthcare terminology or IT background experience preferred
- good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- healthcare, Medicare, or Medicare Advantage experience preferred
- problem-solving orientation to identify root cause, develop solutions, and implement in close collaboration with those doing the work
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- expert listening skills and ability to identify customer needs with appropriate issue resolution
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail while remaining calm and productive under pressure
