C&S has an immediate opening for a part-time Office Administrator in Jefferson City.

Salary/hours for Office Administrator: $11/hr.; Monday-Friday (approximately 4 hours per day)

Responsibilities for Office Administrator:

  • Coordinate and work with volunteers and visitors
  • Order office, ministry and kitchen supplies
  • Monitor operation and supplies for office equipment
  • Create and update records of members
  • Prepare documents and communications
  • Work with the Communication Director to prepare and distribute publications and other materials
  • Assist with mailings
  • Assist with scheduling vehicle reservations, building maintenance and events
  • Communicate with staff and volunteers to confirm duties and dates

Requirements for Office Administrator:

  • Previous office experience and knowledge of office equipment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication and phone skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
