Participant Service Help Desk Representative (must be a Missouri resident)
C&S has immediate openings for remote, full-time Participant Service Help Desk Representatives. Must be a Missouri resident.
Salary/hours for Participant Service Help Desk Representatives: $14/hr.; Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (No holidays or weekends)
Responsibilities for Participant Service Help Desk Representatives:
- assisting participants with questions regarding claims and benefits
- relaying information regarding policies and procedures
- documenting contacts as required
Requirements for Participant Service Help Desk Representatives:
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- must have strong, reliable internet service
- previous customer service experience preferred
- basic office and phone skills
- bilingual candidates receive premium pay
